Jola, the award-winning, channel-only, mobile data specialist turned six this month. The company was set-up by five channel specialists back in 2014 and has gone on to employ 27 people, billing over £6 million, with plans to grow aggressively over the next few years.
In a recent partner satisfaction survey, Jola scored a Net Promoter Score of 61, which categorises the company as ‘great’. 49% of Jola partners gave them 10/10. 87% scored them 8 or higher. In the comments section Jola partners praised products, pricing, portals and service.
Jola has launched 28 products and product extensions in the last 12 months, including multi-network eSIMs, unlimited data SIMs and Direct Routing for Microsoft Teams. Jola’s ethos is to make selling 4G data easy and profitable for the channel. Jola now supports 700 MSP, IT and Telecoms partners, and through them thousands of customers globally.
Andrew Dickinson, MD of Jola commented, “We just closed the books on our fifth full year. We are billing just under £2m more than we were this time last year. We have invested in our billing and development teams and are recruiting in sales and product management. 160 new partners signed with us last year, 75% of which sell mobile data. We have a fantastic team here at Jola supporting our channel partners and it is heart-warming to see so many finding new ways to support the NHS, care homes and homeworkers during this period.”
