Jola has a partner network of just under 1000 partners, with a 95% approval rating, made up of global MSPs, specialists and resellers. Our partners say they choose Jola for our differentiated and cost-effective product range, management portals and excellent service. We make rolling out and billing 4G easy.

MSPs

We work with global MSPs with offices in the UK and all over the world. Our MSPs service some of the world’s most well-known brands in multiple sectors and countries. We provide bespoke solutions that cannot be bought directly from the mobile carriers giving MSPs complete control over their global estates of SIMs and some connected devices.

IT Distributors

We support global IT Distributors selling devices with a SIM slot with SIM cards they can manage and bill.

IoT Specialists

We partner with IoT specialists from a wide range of industry sectors however are very experienced working with partners in retail, transport, logistics, public sector, security, and utilities.

IT & Telecoms Resellers

There are two types of Telecoms Resellers that typically sign up with Jola for SIMs. The first already has an opportunity and needs a supplier to help fulfil their 4G element; the second is looking to grow their business by adding profitable M2M/IoT revenue streams to their portfolio.

Experienced Partners

Partners with existing opportunities often have strong relationships with their clients. Although they may not yet offer 4G, they are trusted advisors and source the elements they need to build and roll out solutions. These partners are looking for a solution to a data problem. They need a partner to provide a cost-effective solution and help them win their bid. This may involve presales and product development to create a tailored solution. MSPs winning bids for thousands of connected devices, such as iPads for the NHS and tablets for local schools, often include SIMs and associated security measures to help win the deal.

New Partners

New partners selling 4G data for the first time want to understand the products, pricing and, more importantly, the opportunity. Partners with a large connectivity base often start by offering 4G backup solutions and temporary Ethernet solutions. Many can already see how the product would meet the needs of their audience and package it accordingly.

 

Our strategy is to give channel partners control of their customers’ experience and deliver well-priced, innovative products to improve their quote-to-order hit rate. We were first to market with a portal to manage 4G and with a tool to quote M2M and IoT SIMs. We invented the concept of ‘no bill shock’, helping hundreds of traditional resellers to easily pivot into mobile data.

Unique solutions and best pricing

We provide unique solutions you can’t buy from the carriers directly such as cost-effective multi-network services, with bespoke security, managed within Mobile Manager. We give you complete control over your global SIM estates. You manage activations through to ceases and can even manage Private APNs and data pools directly. We offer services from EE, Vodafone, O2 and Three in the UK and hundreds of networks globally. We buy well and price to the market to ensure you can win your bids. All of Jola’s network and technology is virtualised in the cloud using both Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Mobile Manager

Mobile Manager is our online management portal for ordering and managing global estates of mobile broadband SIMs, eSIMs, M2M/IoT SIMs and voice and data SIMs. Our white label portal communicates directly with multiple mobile networks. You can give access to your end users to view data usage directly.

Lifetime Training

We run a bespoke onboarding process for each partner. Some prefer more in-depth product training for product, procurement and sales staff, others prefer a lighter touch and a focus on portal training. Our Account Managers will discuss your requirements, set you up on our portals, send out your blank SIMs and put you in touch with our training department for relevant sessions. Every month we run webinars highlighting key opportunities, unique solutions and run through updates on the portal. All staff members are welcome.

White-label marketing support

We provide white-label content MSPs can use for proposals and can create bespoke network diagrams and provide detailed technical information for each stage of the supplier onboarding and customer bid processes. In the partner portal you can download white label versions of all our materials.
