Internal Account Manager

Job Summary

This is a predominently office-based role within the Stapleford office, although we do allow the abilty to work from home when required. The main purpose is to manage a base of Jola’s resellers, keeping them up to date on new products and developments and train them on how to use our portals. You will also assist the partner with identifying opportunities and helping them be successful selling the Jola product set. This role also requires you follow up assigned leads, perform prospecting and sign up and onboard Jola’s partners.

Duties and Responsibilities

Demonstrating and training

  • On-ramping of new partners to get them selling Jola products.
    Training of new products to your assigned accounts as they are launched.
    Following up on assigned leads and prospects.
    Assisting partners and their teams to identify opportunities, providing commercial and product support.

Joint selling

  • Teams webinars and conference calls with partners.

Planning, administration and personal development

  • Responsible for updating accurately partner and prospect databases.
    Follow up actions from meetings and training.
    Participate in internal training at least once a week.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements

Education and Qualifications:

  • Educated to degree standard or proven achievement in an identical role.

Experience:

  • Experience with: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM systems.
    At least three year’s sales in similar role.
    Proven track record of selling Comms / Mobile and developing Accounts in the Channel.

Skills / Aptitude:

  • Excellent organisational skills. Tenacity, drive and focus.
    High attention to detail.
    Ability to learn products, systems, process and technology quickly.

Other

Must be willing to work away from home for several days at a time if necessary.

Partner Manager

Job Summary

This is a field-based role covering a defined territory within the UK with one day a month in the Stapleford office. The main purpose is to manage Jola’s larger resellers within a defined territory, keeping them up to date on new products and developments and training them on how to use our portals. You will also assist the partner with identifying opportunities and helping them be successful with the Jola product set. This role also requires you to follow up with assigned leads, perform prospecting, sign up, and onboard Jola’s partners.

Duties and Responsibilities

Account Management – Demonstrating and training

  • Hot-desking and meeting with assigned partners at their offices.
    Training partners and their teams to get them to sell Jola products.
    Training of new products with partners as they are launched.
    Assisting Partners and their teams to identify opportunities, and providing commercial and product support.

Joint selling

  • F2F Meetings.
    Teams webinars and conference calls with partners.
    Attending shows and conferences where required by the Sales Manager.

Planning, administration and personal development

  • Responsible for updating accurately partner and prospect databases and account plans and forecasts.
  • Liaise with sales management to target partners with the most potential.
  • Follow-up actions from meetings and training.
  • Participate in internal training at least once a month.
  • Signing up assigned leads to Jola up to £40m turnover.
  • Prospecting for new leads within your defined territory.

Partner Director

  • Attending shows and conferences where required by the Sales Manager.

  • Proven track record of signing up £100m plus companies, developing account plans and getting substantial commercial growth out of them.
    At least three years of external sales or customer-facing experience in a similar role within the channel and comms industry.
    Strong technical / pre-sales knowledge of connectivity.
    Experience with: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM systems.

Skills / Aptitude:

  • Excellent organisational skills.
    High attention to detail.
    Ability to learn products, systems, processes and technology quickly.
    Proven track record of speaking and negotiating with multiple contacts at various levels within £100m plus companies.
