Partner Manager – Midlands

This is a field-based role covering the Midlands with one day a week in the Stapleford office. The main purpose is to visit signed Jola partners, demonstrate our products and train them on how to use our portals. The Partner Manager will also assist partners with identifying opportunities.

Role and responsibilities

Demonstrating and training

  • On-ramping of new partners to get them selling Jola products
  • Training of new products as they are launched
  • Re-activating dormant partners

Joint selling

  • Meetings
  • Conference calls

Planning, administration and personal development

  • Responsible for updating accurately partner and prospect databases
  • Liaise with internal sales to target partners with most potential
  • Organise meetings
  • Follow up actions from meetings and training
  • Participate in internal training at least once a week

Critical personal attributes

  • Demonstrate Jola’s core values
  • Ability to work to deadlines and work under pressure
  • Ability to work unsupervised and plan own time
  • Excellent written and verbal communications

Personal profile

  • Educated to degree standard or proven achievement in identical role
  • Experience with: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM systems.

Internal Sales Executive

Provisioning Agent

We are looking for a Provisioning Agent to join our Provisioning Team and help support our fast-growing company.

Reporting to the Provisioning Team Leader, the Provisioning Agent will be based at our offices in Stapleford and would support the Provisioning Team with order management, customer queries and supplier relations.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude, great attention to detail, good phone/email manner. Previous experience in an administration role is desired but not essential.

Hours

  • Ideally full time – 9.00 to 5.30pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays)
  • Part time would be considered for the right candidate

Ideal start date

  • Mid to late February

Responsibilities

  • Order placement
  • Regular updates to customers
  • Managing assignment and completion of your own tasks
  • Coordinating with colleagues on their involvement with orders
  • Administrative tasks
  • Building relationships with suppliers and customers
  • Customer queries via phone and email.
  • Taking messages for other teams across the business.
  • Scheduling meetings and conference calls where required

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role preferred
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Methodical and organised
  • Ability to maintain deadlines, and work under pressure.
  • Occasionally, some flexibility may be required to ensure timescales are maintained
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Confident and personable when dealing with people at all levels
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Word, Excel and Outlook)

Graduate / Junior Product Manager

Jola Cloud Solutions is an award winning, fast growing channel only supplier of B2B Internet, cloud, fixed line and mobile communication services.  We put our partners in control by providing products that they can order and manage in real-time via our industry leading provisioning portals.

We work with over 600 partners to service the communications needs of 1000s of end-user businesses including many globally recognised household names.

Over the last twelve months we’ve launched an average of two new products per month. In particular, we are experiencing tremendous growth in M2M, IoT and Mobile Internet services and this is our major area of focus.  We are working with a number of mobile operators to deliver unique and innovative services to our channel partners.  We are also developing some unique cloud services with a particular focus on adding value to the Microsoft Office365 and Amazon Web Services platforms.

To cope with our increased workload and ensure that our products are the best that they can be, we are now recruiting for a Graduate / Junior Product Manager.

  • Understand customer needs through close communication with our sales team and our partners
  • Develop new products and product enhancements to better meet the changing customer needs
  • Develop commercial models to determine product costs and propose product pricing
  • Work with our marketing team to produce excellent product marketing materials
  • Work with our suppliers to keep abreast of product development and commercial opportunities
  • Work with our internal and external software developers to ensure products can be easily ordered and managed
  • Work with our billing team to ensure that our new products can be billed accurately and efficiently
