Partner Manager (Midlands)

This is a field-based role covering the whole of the UK with one day a week in the Stapleford office. The main purpose is to visit signed Jola dealers and resellers, demonstrate our products and train them on how to use our portals. The Partner Manager will also assist the Partner with identifying opportunities and joint meetings.

Duties and responsibilities

Demonstrating and training

  • On-ramping of new Partners to get them selling Jola Products
  • Training in of new products as they are launched
  • Re-activating dormant Partners

Joint selling

  • Meetings
  • Conference calls

Planning, administration and personal development

  • Responsible for updating accurately Partner and prospect databases.
  • Liaise with internal sales to target Partners with most potential
  • Organise meetings
  • Follow up actions from meetings and training
  • Participate in internal training at least once a week

  • Demonstrate and live Jola’s core values
  • Ability to work to deadlines and work under pressure
  • Ability to work unsupervised and plan own time
  • Excellent written and verbal communications

Personal Profile

  • Educated to degree standard or proven achievement in identical role
  • Experience with: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM systems
  • At least three year’s sales or customer-facing experience in similar role
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to learn products, systems, process and technology quickly
  • Must be willing to work away from home for several days at a time if necessary
