Marketing Administrator (part-time)

We are looking for a fantastic Administrator, with excellent attention to detail, to manage communications with new prospects, manage data in online systems and report on quality. You would be part of a fast-growing technology company, based in Stapleford, Nottinghamshire with an inclusive ethos, great benefits and flexible working.

We welcome candidates with administrative experience and great communication skills who are comfortable liaising with other departments as well as third parties. There is scope for career development as the team grows.

We are hoping to interview bright, enthusiastic, can-do people, who can balance priorities and take ownership of our campaign leads, responding professionally and reporting on lead conversions.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager you will reply to and report on leads generated. Your key responsibilities are as follows:

  • Allocating new leads to appropriate sales territories by postcode
  • Adding new prospect data to our online databases and mailing systems
  • Keeping partner mailing lists up to date
  • Replying to leads and partners
  • Communicating campaign copy and dates to the sales team
  • Finding new prospects online
  • Connecting with new prospects online via LinkedIn and Twitter
  • Assisting with lead reports
  • Assisting with market research projects
  • Monitoring PR opportunities and chasing copy
  • Help out with events organised by the marketing team, such as webinars and partner days held in the office and exhibitions in the UK
  • Help out with ad hoc projects

Partner Manager ‘UK Based’

This is a field-based role covering a defined territory within the UK with one day a month in the Head Office. You will be responsible for managing signed Partners, prospecting and converting leads as well as helping to identify target Partners and sectors including MSP’s ISP’s and Telecom resellers. You will be responsible for your own revenue targets, and must be able to demonstrate a history of strategic planning and achieving targets and goals.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Managing and maintaining relationships with strategic Partners
  • Generating new business sales and growing revenues from your Partner base
  • Networking and prospecting target sectors and Partners
  • Updating and reporting activity on the CRM of current Partners and prospects.
