Marketing Administrator (part-time)

We are looking for a fantastic Administrator, with excellent attention to detail, to manage our marketing documentation. You would be part of a fast-growing technology company, based in Stapleford, Nottinghamshire with an inclusive ethos, great benefits and flexible working.

We welcome candidates with administrative experience and the ability to liaise with third parties to create and edit product flyers, web content, PowerPoints and Word documents.

We are hoping to interview bright, enthusiastic, can-do people, who can balance priorities and keep multiple documents and data up-to-date.

Hours of work

  • – Monday to Thursday – 10am to 2.00pm


  • – Work with our Product Manager to write briefs for new product materials and edit existing product materials
  • – Use the Product Manager’s internal briefings to create emails to explain new products, price changes and product changes to our partners
  • – Liaise with our design agency to get quotes for creating new flyers and web pages and editing existing materials
  • – Create word versions of new materials and keep word versions of edited products up to date with latest changes
  • – Update PowerPoints with new products and product amends
  • – Complete tasks in line with product launch deadlines
  • – Help out with events organised by the marketing team, such as webinars and partner days held in the office and exhibitions in the UK
  • – Support the Senior Marketing Executive with online research into events and prospective partners
  • – Support the Senior Marketing Executive keeping our data records up to date in ZoHo and Dotdigital
  • – Support the Senior Marketing Executive researching prospects and building monthly reports
