Our call recording solution provides recording capabilities with flexible and secure controls on calls made via our SIP Trunks and Direct Routing. Call recording can be activated using SIP Manager or SIP Wholesale portals. It is administered within a self-service Call Recording platform.

Teams Call Recording

Teams Policy Call Recording includes the ability to record Teams meetings, one to one Teams calls and calls in or out over Direct Routing (i.e. PSTN calls). We offer a per-seat pricing model.
