Ben is the CTO at Jola, a UK-based business communications provider specialising in mobile data SIMs. He leads the technology vision and strategy that underpins Jola’s platforms, products, and continued innovation.
Ben brings over 20 years of industry experience to the role, with deep expertise in software development, real-time portals, and automation. Before becoming CTO, he served as Jola’s Head of IP Telephony and Development, and was the Managing Director of Zapappi, a company he founded and led until Jola’s acquisition in 2022. That breadth of experience, spanning hands-on development to business leadership, gives Ben the ability to bridge technical excellence with commercial thinking.
