Rob Stevens is the Operations Director at Jola. He has over 20 years’ experience working in IT. Rob has been with Jola since 2016. Rob is in charge of the partner experience at Jola and has helped to improve automation and processes in both technical support and provisioning departments.
He started as a trainee at Derby County Football club looking after their internal IT then was recruited by Adrian Sunderland to Griffin in 2000. At Griffin Rob had a variety of roles from Account Manager, to Internal Sales Manager to Head of Customer Services managing a three-tier technical support department. Rob is very skilled at identifying young talent and training them for first line support positions and supporting their career development through to second and third line engineers and into other areas of the business. At Jola, Rob has implemented a similar training scheme for our apprentices, who have successfully integrated into our operations team.
