Adrian Sunderland

CEO and Co-founder, Jola

Adrian Sunderland has been building channel-only telecoms businesses for more than 30 years. In 1992, he founded Griffin Internet, one of the UK’s first ISPs and a pioneer of the partner-led distribution model that is now standard across the industry. Griffin was successfully sold in 2012.

In 2014, Adrian co-founded Jola to bring the same channel-only approach to mobile data, IoT and satellite connectivity. Today, Jola provides mobile SIM management, IoT connectivity and satellite services exclusively through channel partners, serving thousands of resellers across the UK.

Adrian is closely involved in product strategy and innovation, most recently leading Jola’s development of mobile-first solutions for businesses migrating away from fixed-line services ahead of the PSTN switch-off. He is a regular contributor to industry trade press and a frequent speaker at channel conferences and partner events.
