Mobile Manager uses secure login credentials with optional two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS for added protection. All communications are encrypted, and additional network-level security is applied to safeguard data flowing across the SIM estate. Jola is also developing Single Sign-On (SSO) functionality to enhance security and convenience, allowing partners to access all Jola systems with one secure login.

Yes — bulk management is one of Mobile Manager’s key strengths. The portal is designed to handle large-scale M2M and IoT deployments, allowing partners to manage thousands of SIMs simultaneously. Tools such as bulk activation, group updates, and single and group QR code and SM-DP+ provisioning for eSIMs simplify operations and reduce deployment times across multiple sites or customer accounts.

Tariff changes are managed directly in Mobile Manager through a simple guided workflow. Partners log in, navigate to the relevant customer and SIM, and select a “Tariff Change” option from the menu. Changes are then scheduled to take effect on the first day of the next billing cycle. For larger partners, the same functionality is available via API, enabling full automation or integration with existing billing or CRM systems.

Yes. Partners can order new voice, data, M2M, IoT, and mobile broadband SIMs, as well as hardware directly through Mobile Manager. Jola offers a wide range of routers (Teltonika, Robustel) and VoIP devices (Grandstream and TP-Link) that integrate perfectly with our SIMs. Robustel and Teltonika routers also provide a remote management platform (RCMS and PMS), allowing full remote configuration and monitoring — reducing the need for costly engineer visits.

Yes — completely. Mobile Manager is a fully white-label platform, meaning there’s no visible Jola branding anywhere in the portal or domain. Partners can apply their own logos, colours, and company domain, offering their customers a seamless, own-branded experience while maintaining the powerful capabilities of Jola’s back-end platform.

Mobile Manager is designed primarily for resellers, MSPs, and channel partners, but it can also be made available to end users.
