Three UK has invested £2bn in their network and IT infrastructure over the last 5 years. Most services are provisioned within 24 hours (for M2M and IoT SIMs as low as 15 minutes). For large deployments or custom solutions, lead times may vary, but we work closely with you to meet project deadlines.

Can customers keep their existing phone numbers?

Yes, number portability is supported where available. We can help migrate existing numbers to your new Jola SIMs, ensuring a seamless transition with no disruption to service.

Are there any setup fees or additional costs?

Setup fees vary by product but are kept transparent and minimal. Most services can be activated without additional charges beyond the SIM cost and monthly service plan.

Are these SIMs suitable for business-critical applications (e.g. remote sites, fixed broadband replacement)?

What happens in areas with poor 5G or where only 4G is available?

If 5G is unavailable, Jola SIMs will automatically connect to the best available 4G or 3G network. Our multi-network solutions ensure the device remains connected even if coverage varies across locations.

What is the Fair Use Policy?

Our unlimited plans are subject to a fair use policy designed to prevent misuse and ensure network quality for all users. This typically includes reasonable usage thresholds for roaming and tethering. Details vary by product and will be outlined in your agreement.
