Pooled Data
Jola offers self-service pooled data options on Mobile Manager. Partners select the type and size of data pool they require. Fixed Pools, where a fixed amount of data is chosen in advance, an Aggregated Pool, which changes every time a SIM is added or removed, a Buffer Pool which operates at an account level and can reduce data overage charges significantly or a Data Bucket which allocates a fixed annual pool of data instead of a monthly pool.
Fixed Pools
Fixed Pools are available in a range of sizes from 25GB to 10TB. Fixed Pools are available for MultiNet, Three, EE, KPN, eSIM, Vodafone and O2. You need a separate pool for each carrier network. Tariffs that have an inclusive data allowance and Sharer SIMs (no allowance) can be used in Fixed Pools.
Aggregated Pools
If you do not know how much data you need each month as your SIM estate is not static, you can order an Aggregated Pool. Aggregated Pools are available for MultiNet, Three, EE, KPN, eSIM and Vodafone LP-WAN SIMs. An aggregated pool of data is created using multiple SIMs on the same tariff. Aggregated Pool sizes change every time a data SIM is added or removed (e.g. if you assigned five 10GB SIMs, your Aggregated Pool size is 50GB). You cannot use bolt-ons in Aggregated Pools.
Pool Buffers
Our Pool Buffers are available for MultiNet, Three, EE, KPN, eSIM, Vodafone and O2 SIMs. You need a separate pool for each carrier network. Buffer Pools operate at an account level and can reduce data overage charges significantly.
Data Buckets
Data Buckets are available for MultiNet, Three, EE, KPN & eSIM in 1TB increments. Sharer SIMs (zero GB inclusive data allowance) can be used with data buckets. Per-SIM bolt-ons are not compatible.
