Intec Micro are an independent IT distributor, specialising in IT hardware, services and maintenance contracts. Intec Micro were looking for a streamlined, cost-effective solution for their customer.
The end-user manages entry systems and monitoring software in car parks across the country. The legacy solution had multiple carriers and suppliers in contract, with several different portals to manage. There was no visibility across their estate of SIMs and the contracts they had were expensive.
Jola
To combat high costs and lack of control, Jola offered a remote access platform via a private APN, all stored within Amazon Web Services.
A fixed private IP address is assigned to each car park camera for easy access and control. SIMs are available to order, provision and modify within Mobile Manager, Jola’s SIM management portal. The reseller can set alerts, run reports and monitor usage directly. The end user now has one point of contact, one portal, heightened security and control over their monthly SIM costs.
