The service is completely network-agnostic and by being un-steered, we offer the best possible service in any location. The eSIM will always enable devices to connect to the best available cellular network and customers can also manually select networks. As our eSIMs are available as a triple cut SIM card (as well as the embedded MFF2 format) they are compatible with any device with a SIM slot.

Pay Per Zone eSIMs
With Pay Per Zone eSIMs, pricing is divided into five zones from EU countries to worldwide. End-users only pay the higher zone rate when using the higher rate networks and revert to a lower zone rate when in lower rate networks. Partners can view usage in Mobile Manager and bill end-users on per zone rates.

Jola has solved the problem of variable global roaming rates by introducing Pay Per Zone eSIMs. Data consumption on Jola Pay Per Zone eSIM tariffs is charged at the rate applicable to the country it is used in.
Charged per MB
All Jola eSIM tariffs are based on over 450 global networks, divided in to 5 pricing zones. Data is charged at different rates based on the zone in which it is consumed and charged per MB consumed.
Track usage in each zone
At any point in the month, resellers can see how much data an eSIM has used in each zone in Mobile Manager.

ISPs have used wholesale L2TP tunnels since the launch of ADSL broadband in the UK. Due to overwhelming demand, Jola is pleased to announce that wholesale mobile access from our eSIMs is now available via L2TP. You can now cross-connect at layer 2 directly into our resilient eSIM MVNO platform.
